防醉胶囊抗白酒对小鼠肝脏损害的实验观察

FUNCTION OF FANGZUI CAPSULE IN PROTECTING LIVER CELLS FROM ALCOHOLIC HARM

目的··：研究防醉胶囊对白酒所致肝脏损害的保护作用。方法··：测定小鼠全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ）、血清谷丙转氨酶（ＳＧＰＴ），以反应防醉胶囊抗白酒对小鼠肝脏的损害作用。结果··：白酒降低小鼠全血ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ活性，升高ＳＧＰＴ活性，而防醉胶囊明显抑制该作用。结论··：防醉胶囊能降低白酒对小鼠肝脏的损害作用。

Objective: To study the function of Fangzui capsule in protecting the liver cells from alcoholic harm. Method: The activity of blood GSHPX and plasma SGPT were examined after alcohol consumption in mice. The influence of Fangzui capsule upon the action of alcohol on GSH-PX and SGPT was also investigated. Result: Alcohol could attenuate the activity of GSH-PX, while potentiate the activity of SGPT. These effects were antagonized by Fangzui capsule. Conclusion: Fangzui capsule could protect the liver from alcoholic harm.
