成年尸眼晶体前囊膜及悬韧带弹性的研究

A study on elastic properties of the lens anterior capsule and zonules in adult cadaver

目的：研究成年人晶体前囊膜及悬韧带弹性，有助于减少白内障摘除及人工晶体植入手术中并发症，提高手术安全性及术后复明率。方法：测量５３人共９０只眼晶体前囊膜连续环形撕开口的延伸度及四个象限晶体前囊悬韧带的弹性。结果：前囊膜撕开口弹性为１３８～２７４，平均悬韧带牵拉长度为１９６±１０９ｍｍ。前囊膜与悬韧带弹性之间、前囊膜弹性与年龄之间、悬韧带弹性与年龄之间均无相关关系，前囊膜撕开口直径与弹性呈直线正相关关系。结论：本年龄段内晶体前囊膜及悬韧带弹性无相关关系，均与年龄无相关关系。

Objective: To study the elastic properties of the lens anterior capsule and zonules in adult in order to reduce the complications of cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation,and increase the safty and success of surgery.Methods:To measure the stretching capability of continuous circular capsulorhexis (CCC) and the elasticity of the anterior capsule after the lens anterior zonules on four quadrants in 90 eyes from 53 cadavers. Results:Elasticity of the tear opening was 1 38 2 74 The mean zonular elasticity was 1 96±1 09mm. There were no correlation between the anterior capsule and zonule,the anterior capsule and age, and the zonule and age. There was the linear positive correlation between the diameter of CCC and its elasticity. Conclusion:There were no correlation among the elasticity of the anterior capsule,the zonule and age. The elastcity increase when the diameter of CCC raises.
