鼻内窥镜下经筛窦行眶内壁骨折整复术

Intraorbital fracture restitution through ethmoid sinus under nasal endoscope

目的：探讨应用鼻内窥镜下经筛窦行眶内壁骨折整复术。方法：前鼻孔入路，内窥镜观察下将嵌入筛房的眶脂肪及内直肌还纳回眶内，硅胶板修补充填孔洞。结果：１６例患者，平均术后观察８个月，复视消失，眼球内陷矫正，无硅胶排异。结论：内窥镜下经筛窦行眶内壁骨折整复术，具有无皮肤瘢痕、手术损伤小、并发症少。

To explore the effect of intraorbital fracture restitution through ethmoid sinus under nasal endoscope,it was performed in 16 cases.Under the nasal endoscope,impacted orbital lipid and medial rectus in the ethmoid sinus were reduced,and the pores were filled with silicone.Postoperatively with a follow up of 8 months,16 cases showed neither diplopia nor rejection of silicone,and endophthalmos was corrected.Our result indicated that intraorbital fracture restitution through ethmoid sinus under nasal endoscope had advantages such as no scars,light operative injury,less complications,and great safeness.
