青光眼滤过术后小切口非超声乳化白内障手术

Cataract extraction through small incision non-phacoemulsification approach after glaucoma filtering surgery

目的探讨抗青光眼滤过术后白内障患者进行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术的手术技巧目的和临床效果。方法对自2004年1月～2009年12月26例30只眼抗青光眼滤过术后白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入方法进行了回顾,观察术后视力、眼压以及并发症。结果所有患者术后1周视力较术前均有不同程度提高,差异有统计学意义(<0.01)。术后眼压与术前相比无明显变化,术中术后无严重并发症,全部患者保持功能性滤泡。结论经过颞侧角巩膜隧道小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗青光眼滤过术后的白内障效果良好,无严重并发症,未损伤滤过泡及滤过区,术后眼压正常,可获得良好视力。

Objective To evaluate the surgery approach and clinical effect of cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation through small incision non-phacoemulsification approach after glaucoma filtering surgery.Methods.30 eyes of 26 patients were retrospectively observed.The patients were treated by cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation through small temperal scleral tunnel incision non-phacoemulsification approach after glaucoma filtering surgery ranging from Jan 2004 to Dec 2009.Intraocular lens was implanted.Results The vision of all patients was recovered in different degrees.Intraocular pressure did not have significantly change after the surgery.During and after the surgery,related serious complications were not found.The functional filtering blebs were preserved in all patients.Conclusion After the cataract extraction through small incision non-phacoemulsification approach,cataract followed by glaucoma filtering surgery was well treated without serious complications.The surgery did not impair filtering blebs and affect intraocular pressure.The vision of patients recovered as expected.
