摘要
目的:研究卡他林(Catalin)滴眼液在兔眼角膜、虹膜、晶体、巩膜、房水和玻璃体组织中不同时间的分布,为评价滴眼液在内眼病治疗上的意义提供依据。方法:卡他林经131I标记,在滴入兔眼后05、1、2、4和6小时测定兔眼各组织的131Ⅰ每分钟计数率(CPM)。结果:经分析表明兔眼房水在2小时内药物浓度最高,但2小时之后迅速下降。晶体和玻璃体中药物浓度较低,并且变化不大,在不同的测定时间滴进晶体中的卡他林药水仅为011%~044%。结论:卡他林滴眼液容易通过角膜进入房水。
To
evaluate the therapeutic effect of ophthalmic solution on intraocular diseases,the
distribution of catalin ophthalmic solution in various tissues of rabbit eye including the
cornea,iris,lens,sclera,aqueous humor and the vitreous at different time was
explored.Catalin was labeled by 131 Ⅰ and instilled into rabbit eye,counts per minuts
(CPM) of the various tissues of rabbit eye were determined respectively at 0.5,1,2,4 and
6 hr after instilltion.It was showed that the concentration of the drug in aqueous humor
was the hightest in 2 hr and falled down rapidlly 2 hr later,the concentration of the
drug in the lens and vitreous was lower than other eye tissues and had less changes
during the observation;the catalin content of lens instilled at different time was only
0.11%~0.44%.We could draw a conculusion that catalin ophthalmic solution is easy to
enter into aqueous humor through cornea,while difficult to enter into lens.
