摘要
目的:研究国人颈段脊柱颈曲以及伸屈活动度,比较颈椎病患者与正常人之间的差异。方法:对300例成人和300例临床确诊为颈椎病的患者行动态条件下的X线测量,测量颈椎屈伸弧度及屈伸活动度。结果:正常成人不同年龄组的颈曲值各不相同,随年龄的增加,颈曲值减小。伸屈活动度也随年龄增加而减少。与正常人相比,颈椎病患者前屈弧度无显著差异,而后伸明显受限,活动度也减少。老年患者的活动度低于年轻患者。结论:颈椎退变是颈椎活动度下降的主要原因,颈椎活动度下降主要由后伸受限引起。颈椎病患者颈椎活动度小于正常人。
Aim:To study the curvation and the range of flexion extension of Chinese cervical spines and to compare the difference between the normal and the patients with cervical spondylosis(CS).Methods:300 cases of CS who were diagnosed clinically and other 300 normals had been employed in this study.The lordosis curvation angle and the range of flexion extension of two groups were measured.Results:The lordosis curvation angle and the range of flexion extension movement of cervical spine were decreased with age both in patients with CS and the normals. Conclusions:Degeneration of cervical spine is the primary cause of the decrease of the range of flexion extension movement.The limitation of extensive movement of cervical spine results in the decrease of range of flexion extension movement.
