摘要
单醇生产的变换工序中CO的变换反应为浅度变换,反应的汽气摩尔比(R)较低。在此条件下Fe-Cr系中变催化剂易产生过度还原反应、F-T反应等副反应,导致中变催化剂反复相变,强度下降,使用时间短,影响了甲醇的生产。而Co-Mo系低温变换催化剂却不存在此类问题,因而得到了广泛应用,其应用工艺主要有三种类型,即一、二、三段式变换工艺,该类型的工艺各有特点,其能耗有较大幅度的降低。
The shift process of the CO transformation reaction in single methanol production is shallow, and the vapor/gas molar ratio(R) is lower. As a result, the secondary reaction of middle temperature shift catalyst of Fe-Cr series such as over-reduction, F-T reaction and so on would occur easily under these conditions, then lead to phase change repeated,reduction of strength and service time shortened, so as to affect the production of methanol. However,this case will not occur when Co-Mo series low temperature shift catalyst of Fe-Cr series is adopted,it has found wide utilization, and there are three types of application process:the one stage, two stages and three stages of shift process,the process of each type has its feature respectively, the energy consumption is reduced drastically.
