节能型天然气一段转化催化剂放大研究

Scale-up study of energy-saving catalyst for natural gas primary reforming

摘要 对放大的自制合成氨一段转化催化剂进行了表征评价,表征结果表明,放大催化剂与小试催化剂性能相当;在水碳摩尔比为2.0、压力3.0 MPa、空速4 000 h-1条件下,总碳转化率为48.45%,积炭总质量分数为0.012%,放大催化剂具有良好的活性、稳定性,同时具有良好的抗积炭性。 The enlarged natural gas primary reforming catalyst for synthetic ammonia has been characterized and evaluated. The results indicate the performance of the enlarged catalyst is equal to that catalyst produced in laboratory. The total carbon conversion is 48.45% , the mass ratio of carbon deposition is 0. 012% , which is under such conditions: molar ratio of water to carbon of 2. 0, pressure of 3.0 MPa, space velocity of 4 000 h ^- 1. The enlarged catalyst has good activity and stability, meanwhile it has good resistance to carbon deposition.
