摘要
目的:为治疗腰腿痛提供一种操作简便、安全可靠的治疗监测仪器,以提高治疗的有效性和安全性。方法:是利用戴在医生右手拇指上的压力传感器,将硬膜外穿刺与药物冲击的力度信息,经放大器放大和A/D转换变成数字量,送入单片微机进行实时处理与分析判断,采用语音提示与报警及时校正医生的操作。结果:临床实验效果良好。结论:本仪器原理正确、工作可靠,工程化后即可推广应用。
Aim:The purpose of this research is to develop a convenient,safe and reliable instrument for lumbago and skelalgia to improve the validity and safety of treatment.Methods:The instrument uses a stress sensor worn on the doctor's right thumb to detect the epidural puncture and transforms it into digital signal by A/D after a program controlled amplification,and sends the digital signal into a single chip processor to undergo real time process,analysis and estimation.The instrument uses phonetic in structions and warns to correct the doctor's operation.Results:The clinical practice shows a good effect. Conclusions:This instrument has an exact principle,and works reliably.After engineeringlizing,the instrument can be popularly used.
