摘要
基于同步相量技术的广域动态测量系统,可以在时空坐标下监测电力系统动态运行特性,弥补了现有SCADA系统和故障滤波系统的不足,为大电网动态电压稳定监测奠定了基础。介绍了WAMS的基本原理,接着比较详细地阐述了电压稳定在线监测系统的内容及其在线应用的具体实现方法。在EPRI-36节点系统上的仿真结果验证了该监测系统的有效性。
Synchrophasor technology-based Wide-Area Measurement System(WAMS) can supervise the dynamic operation of power systems in time-space coordinate,w hich overcomes the weaknesses of traditional SCADA and digital fault recorders and lays a foundation for dynamic voltage stability monitoring of large-scale power system.Firstly,the basic principle of WAMS is introduced.Then the contents and the realization methods of online voltage stability monitoring system are expatiated concretely.Finally,simulation test with the EPRI 36-bus system shows the availability of the monitor system.
