腰椎间孔穿刺注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察及其解剖学观察

Clinical and Morphologlcal Observation on Lumbar Intervertebral Foramina Injection for the Disc Protrusion

目的：探讨腰椎间孔穿刺注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效及腰椎间孔的毗邻结构，为椎间孔穿刺注射提供解剖学基础。方法：经２０具尸体解剖，测量腰椎间孔的体表投影及１７６例腰椎间盘突出症的穿刺注射治疗。结果：每周注射１次，４次为一疗程，经１～２年随访疗效显著者７１％，有效者１８１％。结论：经腰椎间孔穿刺注射曲安缩松混合液，可使局部炎症、水肿消退，血液循环神经营养功能改善，周围粘连分离。

Aim:To study the location of the lumbar intervertebral foramen block and provide the anatomical basis for the clinical application.Method:Measurements were made on the lumbar intervertebral foramen of 20 corpses with the combination of injection treatment of 176 disc protrusion cases.Result:Injection once a week for 4 times with the one to two years follow up,71% of the cases were remarkably improved and 18.1% cases showed effective results.Conclusion:The injection could promote the local circulation and nourishment to the nerves,reduce the inflammation,edema and adhesion with the result of relieving the pain.
