2008年贵州省麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫血清学效果监测 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解贵州省2008年麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫活动血清学效果,为控制麻疹提供科学依据。方法分别于强化免疫前后1月在12个县(市)采集8月龄~6岁健康儿童血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果强化免疫前共检测550名儿童血标本,麻疹抗体阳性率89.27%,几何平均滴度为1:1059.60;强化免疫后共检测549名儿童血标本,麻疹抗体阳性率97.81%,几何平均滴度为1:2399.56。强化免疫前后儿童麻疹抗体水平差异有显著的统计学意义(t=10.81,P<0.001)。结论此次麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫效果明显;全省儿童麻疹抗体水平显著提高。 Objective In order to study the serological effect of the measles follow-up SIAs,and provide the scientific basis for measles controlling. Methods Sampling serum of healthy children during 8 months to 6 years old in 12 counties before and after SIA,and detected measles IgG antibody by ELISA.Result There were 550 serums had been detected before follow-up SIAs.The positive rate of measles antibody was 89.27%,and the GMT was 1: 1059.60.Compared with the previous results,549 serums had been detected after the SIAs,the positive rate raise to 97.81%and the GMT raise to 1:2399.56. The difference was significant(t=10.81,P0.01).Conclusion By conducting MV follow-up SIAs,the measles antibody level of target children had raised rapidly significantly
