运动性骨骼肌损伤的机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 运动骨骼肌损伤多见于周期性运动的耐力项目,是因反复运动所致的肌纤维损伤,并且易发于骨骼肌离心运动相对时相,严重的肌肉损伤可以使运动员的运动能力丧失,训练中止,目前认为机械性外力作用和代谢性刺激综合作用,可能诱发加重骨骼肌微结构的损伤。
