几种植物挥发油对螺旋粉虱的生物活性 被引量:4

摘要 采用浸渍法研究飞机草、艾蒿、假蒟、腰果、菠萝蜜、海棠果、含羞草等7种植物叶片的挥发油对螺旋粉虱的生物活性。结果表明,供试艾蒿与含羞草挥发油在50mg/mL的浓度下对螺旋粉虱的校正死亡率超过70%,表现出一定的生物活性。通过比较不同挥发油对螺旋粉虱的LC50结果表明,艾蒿挥发油表现出较高的生物活性,LC50为3.97mg/mL,含羞草挥发油表现出较低的生物活性,LC50为11.76mg/mL。 s The bioactivities of volatile oil from 7 species of plants were tested against Aleurodicus disperses Russell by dipping bioassay,such as Piper sarmentosum Roxbf,Eupatorium odoratum L.,Artemisia argyi,Anacardium occidentale L.,Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam,Malus prunifolia (Willd.) Borkh.,Mimosa pudica Linn.The result showed that both volatile oil from Artemisia argyi and Mimosa pudica Linn have more than 70% corrected mortality against spiraling whitefly in the concentration of 50 mg/mL.The dipping bioassay indicated that volatile oil from Artemisia argyi and Mimosa pudica Linn showed their bioactivities against spiraling whitefly.The bioactivity of volatile oil from Artemisia argyi was higher than Mimosa pudica Linn.' s against this pest.The LC50 were 3.97 mg/mL and 11.78 mg/mL respectively.
