双黄连注射液的气相色谱指纹图谱及其化学成分的相关性分析

Correlation between GC fingerprint and chemical component from Shuanghuanglian Injection

目的:建立双黄连注射液(金银花、黄芩和连翘)的气相色谱指纹图谱及其标准气相色谱对照谱图,并且对双黄连注射液挥发性成分进行相关性分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取双黄连注射液中的挥发性成分,以气相色谱法和气相色谱-质谱法对其挥发性成分进行检测和分析。采用相似度评价系统生成了双黄连注射液气相色谱对照指纹图谱,并与处方中各单味药材的谱图进行相关性分析。结果:共鉴定了54个化合物,归属了其中的43个化合物,其挥发性成分以芳香族化合物为主,占总峰面积的78.11%,为挥发油的主要成分;另外还有萜类和脂肪族化合物,分别占总峰面积的8.39%和5.62%。结论:对方法学的研究结果表明:该方法准确、重现性好,可为双黄连注射液严格质量控制提供方法和依据。

AIM：To establish GC fingerprints and standard referenced GC chromatogram for Shuanghuanglian Injection（Flos Lonicerae japonicae,Radix Scuteelariae and Fructus Forsythiae） and analyze the correlation of vola-tile components.METHODS：The volatile components of Shuanghuanglian Injection extracted by hydrodistillation were analyzed by GC and GC-MS.Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint was applied to evalu-ating the difference.RESULTS：Fifty-four compounds were identified and 43 were classified and traced back to crude herb.Aromatic compounds as the main components,accounted for 78.11%.Terpenoids and aliphatic com-pounds were also identified,occupied 8.39% and 5.62%,respectively.CONCLUSION：The established GC fingerprint is accurate and reliable,which would be helpful in the quality control of volatile components in Shuang-huanglian Injection.
