摘要
目的:观察复方健胰颗粒对代谢综合征患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和踝肱指数(ABI)的影响。方法:将60例符合代谢综合征气阴两虚兼痰瘀阻滞证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。在基础治疗方案上,治疗组加用复方健胰颗粒,对照组加用罗格列酮。观察治疗后两组hs-CRP、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂、踝肱指数(ABI)和中医证候积分等指标的变化。结果:两组治疗后hs-CRP、FPG、FINS、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组ABI治疗后较治疗前升高(P<0.01),对照组ABI无明显差异(P>0.05);两组间比较,治疗组中医证候临床疗效有效率、hs-CRP改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方健胰颗粒辅以基础西药治疗代谢综合征,显示出良好的协同调脂、降糖、改善胰岛素抵抗、抗炎免疫、改善血管功能的作用。
AIM:To observe the effect of Compound Jianyi Granules on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and ankle-brachial index(ABI) of the metabolic syndrome(MS) patients.METHODS:Sixty MS patients consistent with deficiency of both qi and yin,phlegm-stasis obstructing the collaterals syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group has 30 patients.On the basic treatment,the treatment group took Compound Jianyi Granules,while the control group took rosiglitazone additionally.After treatment,the changes of hs-CRP,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),blood lipids,ankle-brachial index(ABI),Chi-nese medicine syndrome score etc were observed.RESULTS:After treatment,hs-CRP,FPG,FINS,insulin re-sistance index(IRI),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) decreased obviously(P 〈 0.05).ABI of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P 〈0.01).Compared of the control group between before and after treatment,ABI showed no significant differ-ence(P 〉 0.05).The Chinese medicine syndrome score and hs-CRP of treatment group decreased more than that of the control group.(P 〈 0.05).CONCLUSION:The combination Compound Jianyi Granules and the basic treatment on MS patients shows good effect on synergistic lipid-lowering,hypoglycemic,improvement of insulin re-sistance,anti-inflammatory immunity,and blood vessel function.
