摘要
介绍了一种能用于低、高浓度有机溶剂蒸气的回收装置。该装置由电除尘箱、风机、吸附罐、冷(?)器、油水分离器、曝气器和曝气泵等组成。以高教吸附材料活性炭纤维毡作为吸附剂,采用二阶段法操作。具有净化效率高、易脱附干净、安装方便、滤料使用寿命长、使用安全可靠、回收溶剂质量好等优点。
This paper presents a recoverer used for low and high concentration organic solvent vapor. The recoverer is composed of a dust-collecting chamber, fan, adsorbing container, condenser, oil-water separator, aerator and aeration pump. The two-stage mehtod is adopted with high-effect activated carbon fibre felt as adsorbent, This recoverer has the advantages of high cleaning efficiency easy desorption simple installation, long service time of the filter used, safe and reliable operation, good quality of recovered solvents, etc.
