多花山竹子化学成分的研究

Chemical constituents from Garcinia multiflora

目的:对多花山竹子(Garcinia multiflora)干燥枝叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:用75%乙醇进行回流提取,浓缩至无醇味并用水混悬,取石油醚萃取部位,运用多种柱层析的方法进行分离纯化,然后运用NMR和MS等手段进行鉴定。结果:从多花山竹子干燥枝叶的石油醚萃取部位中分离得到5个化合物,其结构分别被鉴定为:木栓酮(friedelan-3-one,Ⅰ),表木栓醇(friedelin-3β-ol,Ⅱ),putric acid(2-hydroxy-3,4-seco-friedelan-3-oic acid,Ⅲ),1,6-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基呫吨酮(1,6-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone,Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ-Ⅴ均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅲ和Ⅳ还为首次从该科植物中分离得到。

AIM：To study the chemical constituents of the dried leaves and stems of Garcinia multiflora.METHODS：The dried leaves and stems of Garcinia multiflora were extracted with 75% alcohol at boiling temper-ature,The extract was evaporated at reduced pressure,which was mixed with water and then extracted with petrole-um ether.Many column chromatographic methods were used for the separation.Their structures were deduced by NMR and MS.RESULTS：Five compounds（Ⅰ-Ⅴ） were isolated from the petroleum ether extract.Their struc-tures were identified as friedelan-3-one（Ⅰ）,friedelin-3β-ol（Ⅱ）,putric acid（Ⅲ）,1,6-dihydroxy-3,7-dime-thoxyxanthone（Ⅳ）,β-sitosterol（Ⅴ）.CONCLUSION：CompoundsⅠ-Ⅴ are isolated from Garcinia multiflora for the first time,and compounds Ⅲ and Ⅳ are isolated from Guttiferae for the first time.
