实用耐热型橡胶制品模具填缝密封剂的研制

摘要 针对普通橡胶制品模具间隙的填充需要,开发出一种可以长时间耐200℃的填缝密封剂。该密封剂以环氧树脂为主要组分,以甲基四氢苯酐作固化剂,以2-甲基-4-乙基咪唑为催化剂,通过加入适量耐热性填料提高密封剂的耐热性能,加入适量气相白炭黑调节固化前树脂的黏度和固化物收缩率。在多个普通硫化平板使用的油封、水封模具上使用表明,该密封剂可有效地填充模具模片之间的间隙,且不易被硫化压力挤出。 For filling the gap of normal rubber mold, a sealant was developed, which can be used at 200 ℃ for a long time. The sealing agent uses epoxy resin as the main component, methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride as curing agent, 2-methyl- 4-ethyl imidazole as the catalyst, which adds suitable amount of heat resistance filler to improve heat resistance, and adds suitable amount of silica to adjustment the viscosity before curing and resin shrinkage after cured. By using in a number of general mold of oil seals or water seals, the results show that the sealant can effectively fill the gap between the mold gap, and can not easily he squeezed out.
