摘要
一种三相四桥臂电源系统,整流部分为单位功率因数可调,可以减少对电网谐波污染,同时可以适应输入线电压220~490 V的宽范围变化,保持母线电压的稳定。逆变部分采用三相四桥臂输出,分析了四桥臂逆变器特点,提出一种谐振控制器方法,此电源具有很强的带不平衡负载的能力。在理论研究的基础上研制了一套30 kW的电源系统,采用双DSP结构,DSP之间利用双口RAM进行信息交换.结果证明所采用的控制方法是正确和有效的。
3-phase 4-leg style of supply system was discussed.The part of converter was a power-factor variable and could decrease the pollution of power net.The converter could be adapted to the input line voltage from 220 V to 490 V to keep the bus DC voltage stable.The inverter adopted 3 phase four-legged output and the characteristic of four legged inverter was analyzed.A method of a resonant controller was presented.The system ensured that the inverter could maintain a good capability under unbalanced loads.A 30 kW supply system was manufactured,which adopted the double DSP to carry out the algorithm.The dual-RAM was applied to exchange the information between two DSP chips.The experiment results further verify the validity of the proposed control method.
