摘要
目的观察酸性氧化电位水(EOW)杀菌效果及其理化性能稳定性的影响因素。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验方法和理化测定方法,在实验室进行了试验。结果新生产的酸性氧化电位水原液作用20 s,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率可达到99.999%以上。满瓶装量在设定的4种储存条件下放置4 d,其ORP值和pH值变化不明显;有效氯最高下降15.30%。半瓶装量在相同储存条件下,其ORP值和pH值变化较明显;有效氯下降率最高达到56.28%。满瓶装量在震荡和光照条件下对EOW杀菌效果有一定影响;半瓶装量在4种储存条件下储存后对EOW杀菌效果影响明显。结论酸性氧化电位水在避光或不避光条件下储存4d,其理化性能变化不明显,但半瓶装量对EOW杀菌性能影响明显。
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) and the influencing factors on its stability.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physical-chemical experiment were carried out in the laboratory.Results The new made EOW killed more than 99.999% Staphylococcus aureus with 20 s contacting time.After EOW was stored for 4 days in setup full vessels with 4 methods,ORP and pH value did not change.The available chlorine decreased by 15.30%.In the same condition in half-full vessels,ORP and pH value changed obviously.The available chlorine decreased for 56.28%.In full vessels,germicidal efficacy was influenced by shaking and lighting condition.In half-full vessels,the storing condition affected the germicidal efficacy obviously.Conclusions The physical-chemical performance of EOW did not change obviously for 4 days either in dark or in light.But in the half-full vessels storing condition influenced germicidal efficacy obviously.
