北京东城区社区卫生服务站消毒隔离现状调查

INVESTIGATION ON PRESENT STATUS OF DISINFECTION AND ISOLATION OF COMMUNITY PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE STATIONS IN DONGCHENG DISTRICT OF BEIJING

目的了解社区卫生服务站消毒隔离现状,为改进社区医疗服务机构消毒隔离工作质量提供依据。方法采用现场查看和问卷调查方法,对该区43所社区医疗机构消毒隔离状况进行了调查。结果该区社区卫生服务站消毒管理人员对消毒隔离基本知识比较了解,但多数不懂消毒效果监测方法,对紫外线消毒知识知晓率较低,仅为48.84%。现有紫外线灯辐射强度合格率只有60.47%,有67.44%的站点对消毒药使用浓度及作用时间不清楚。消毒知识答案正确率较高的项目有空气消毒、污水处理和医疗废弃物处理等项知识。结论该区社区卫生服务站医务人员对消毒隔离工作认识度不高,消毒隔离制度执行力度较低,应加强管理。

Objective To understand the present status of disinfection and isolation of community public health service stations in Dongcheng district to provide the basis for improving quality of disinfection and isolation work.Methods On-site inspection and questionnaire method were used to investigate the disinfection and isolation status of 43 community medical institutions in Dongcheng district.Results The disinfection administrators of medical institutions in this district knew well about the basic knowledge of disinfection and isolation,while most did not know monitoring methods about disinfection effect and the awareness rate of disinfection by ultraviolet light was low,which was 48.84%.The passing rate of radiation intensity of ultraviolet light was only 60.47%,67.44% of stations did not know clearly about the working concentration and time of disinfectants.Items which obtained comparatively high rate of correct answers were knowledge about air disinfection,sewage disposal and medical waste disposal.Conclusion Medical staffs of community public health service stations in this district do not know well about disinfection and isolation work.The executive power of disinfection and isolation system is low,so management should be strengthened.
