顺义区托幼机构消毒质量调查

THE SURVEILLANCE REPORT OF DISINFECTION QUALITY IN NURSERY IN SHUNYI DISTRICT

目的了解顺义区托幼机构消毒工作状况,改进托幼机构卫生防病和消毒管理工作。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对顺义区2005~2009年连续5年托幼机构消毒质量监测资料进行了调查分析。结果该区连续5年对全区托幼机构采样668件,消毒质量总平均合格率为65.42%。2005~2008年,每年合格率范围在52.05%~74.51%;2009年度,平均合格率提高到90.48%。紫外线灯辐射强度合格率最高,为100%,但室内空气卫生合格率仅为48.49%。公立托幼机构卫生合格率与私立托幼机构之间基本没有差别。结论顺义区托幼机构消毒质量总体较好,但卫生死角明显,应特别加强空气和手卫生质量管理。

Objective To understand the disinfection conditions of nursery in Shunyi District,so as to improve disease control and disinfection management in nursery institutions.Methods Retrospective survey was used to investigate and analyze the monitoring data of sterilization quality of nurseries and kindergartens for 5 consecutive years from 2005 to 2009.Results 668 samples were taken for 5 years in nursery institutions and the average passing rate of sterilization quality was 65.42%.The range of annual passing rate was 52.05%~74.51% in 2005-2008 and the average passing rate rose to 90.48% in 2009.The passing rate of UV light radiation was the highest,reached 100%,but qualified rate of indoor air sanitation was just 48.49%.There was no difference of the passing rate between public health nurseries and private nurseries.Conclusion The disinfection quality of nursery institutions in Shunyi District is generally good,while hygiene dead angles obviously exist.It is particularly necessary to strengthened the air quality control and hand hygiene.
