摘要
降水量合理性检验是查找降水量异常数据的有效方法,也是发布实时水情信息和降水量资料整编的重要前提;由于工作量极大,传统的人工排查费时费力,容易遗漏。水文水环境基础信息管理系统(WISKI)具有很强的业务扩展功能,通过二次开发使其应用于降水量合理性检验,实现了海量数据的分析与排查功能,提高了水文数据分析处理的时效性、准确性,通过与人工经验的有机结合,可靠性也得到保证。WISKI应用于降水量合理性检验是WISKI扩展功能探索之一,实践证明切实可行。
Reasonable test of precipitation is not only an effective way of finding abnormal value but also an important part in precipitation data integration.Due to traditional manual investigation is a huge workload,it is easy to miss data.Water Management Information System Kisters(WISKI)has a strong expansion function.Through secondary development,WISKI was used for reasonable test of precipitation.The results showed that WISKI realized the massive data analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.So WISKI improved the effectiveness of hydrological data analysis and processing accuracy.Also reliability is guaranteed when it was combined with artificial experience.Thus WISKI used in the precipitation test is reasonable exploration of extensions of WIKSI and it was proved feasible.
