摘要
文章采用实证研究的方法探讨了我国企业中心理授权对个体创新行为影响的作用机制。通过实证研究结果发现,心理授权和主动性人格对个体创新行为具有积极的影响作用,主动性人格对于心理授权与个体创新行为之间的关系起调节作用。检验了当员工感受到充分授权后,其感知到的意义、效能感以及自主性会促使员工形成创新行为。
This article explores the influence of the functional mechanism of psychological empowerment on individual innovative behaviors in China's enterprises with the method of empirical research.The results indicate that psychological empowerment and proactive personality have a positive influence on individual innovative behaviors and that proactive personality mediates the relationship between psychological empowerment and individual innovative behaviors.It also tests employees' innovative behavior urged by their perceived significance,sense of efficacy and autonomy when they feel fully authorized.
