摘要
港口码头集装箱液压倾倒平台的有限元分析与优化。利用有限元分析ANSYS软件,计算得出液压倾倒平台的上平台在卸料过程中分别处在3种不同角度时的强度、刚度、结构及疲劳寿命分析,得出稳态外载引起的集装箱液压倾倒平台上平台的位移和应力数据,从而对液压倾倒平台上平台的结构尺寸进行结构优化。
The article discusses the finite element analysis and optimization of the hydraulic dumpage platform for containers.By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the strength and rigidity of the upper mounting plate on the hydraulic dumpage plat-form at three different angles during discharging was calculated. Based on structure and fatigue analysis,the stress data of the upper mounting plate caused by the stable outer loading was obtained,optimizing its structures and the size.
