摘要
在对两种常用高压软管接头组件进行非线性特性分析的基础上,利用有限元分析软件分别建立了两种接头组件的有限元模型,对其装配、扣压和工作状态进行模拟,得到了软管的应力分布。根据应力分析结果,对两种接头组件进行的对比分析,为接头组件的设计和改进提供了参考。
Based on non-linear characteristics of two kinds of commonly used high pressure hose fitting assemblies,the respective finite element models for these two kinds of fitting assemblies were established by using finite element analysis software.By simulating the process of their assembly,pressing and operating state,the distributions of stress for the hoses were gained.Based on analysis re-sult of the stress,the comparison of two fitting assemblies was carried out,providing a reference for the design and improvement of the hose fitting assemblies.
