摘要
基于有限体积的方法,在Gambit中建立了三维的螺杆模型,并且在模型中引入螺棱间隙,根据螺杆内流场的周期性将进出口边界上设定为周期性边界条件,使用商用CFD软件Fluent对单螺杆内流场模拟。通过计算结果得到了不同模型的总流量和漏流量,并且使用线性插值的方法得到了理想的总流量。讨论了在不同间隙和转速下挤出机的漏流量对总产量的影响。结果表明,螺棱间隙扩大到一定值时,漏流量对总产量将产生较大影响。
Based on the finite volume method,the 3D model was established by using Gambit,and the flight gap was introduced into the model.Depending on the periodicity of the flow field in the screw,the periodic boundary condition was set on the inlet and the outlet boundaries.The model was simulated by using Fluent,the commercial CFD software.The total flow rate and leakage flow rate were obtained from the calculated results,and idea total flow rate was obtained by using linear interpolation method.The influence on the total production capability of the extruder by the leakage flow rate under the condition that the rotating speed and flight gaps are different were discussed.The results reveal that the leakage flow rate will have more impact on the total flow rate when the flight gap is expanded to a certain value.
