摘要
在对滚切剪剪切状态综合分析的基础上,探讨了滚切剪在剪切过程中的力学特性,推导了适合滚切剪的剪切力解析表达式,找到了剪切力的变化规律;并根据某企业滚切剪的具体参数,对其剪切力进行了计算校核,开展了滚切剪关键零部件的有限元分析,为零部件的设计和电器控制系统的布置提供了指导。
Based on the synthetic analysis of shearing state of the rolling shear,the its mechanical properties during shearing was discussed,the analytic expression of shearing force of the rolling shear was derived,and the varying rule of shearing force was found.While the shearing force was computed in accordance with the specific parameters of certain enterprise＇s rolling shear,the finite element analysis was carried out on the key components of rolling shear,through which the design of components and the layout of electrical control systems can be optimized.
