摘要
综述了新材料轻型输送带的特点、发展趋势及我国的发展现状,指出了我国新材料轻型输送带的发展趋势。新材料轻型输送带将传统的以天然橡胶为原料的输送带改为以热塑性塑料或弹性体为覆盖胶、以合成纤维织物或片材以及无纺布为骨架的复合材料输送带。我国新材料轻型输送带行业应充分发挥民族品牌中领军企业的优势,提高产品在国际国内的竞争力。
Characters of new-materials-based light conveyor belts and their current state and development trends were reviewed. The new-materials-based light conveyor belts were made of synthetic fabrics or non-woven coated with thermoplastics or elastomers, rather than traditional natural rubbers. The new-materials-based light conveyor belts would play a leading role in the national industry and improve the competitiveness in national and international markets.
