南京市城市环境质量演变态势

Evolution of urban environment quality in Nanjing

二十多年来,随着南京城市人口的增加和城市的扩张,城市环境质量不但没有下降,反而逐步向好的方向发展。长江南京段、玄武湖、内秦淮河等三处地表水质的变化能充分反映南京市地表水质量的演变,其水质总体演变趋势良好,但也有波动,个别年份污染偏重;空气质量虽然越来越好,但空间差异明显,各类污染物污染程度逐步减弱,但污染物负荷系数差距甚大;环境噪声污染得到改善,但社会生活噪声污染构成比例持续上升。调整工业结构,加强重点污染企业的改造,全力推进循环经济和清洁生产,提高污水处理率,坚持公交优先发展战略,控制社会生活噪声的污染,应是进一步改善南京环境质量的主要对策。

Over the past 20 years, with the increasing of urban population and the expansion of city, the urban environmental quality of Nanjing has not decreased, but developed in a positive direction gradually. Three main waters of Nanjing such as Yangtze River, Xuanwu Lake and Qinhuai River can fully reflect the evolution of Nanjing water quality. Generally speaking, the water quality develops in a good direction, but there are also fluctuations in some years when the pollution is serious. Air quality is also getting better and better, but the spatial differences are significant. The pollution extent of various types of pollutants has gradually weakened, and there is a great gap in the pollutant load factor. Environmental noise quality is improved and the proportion of social life noise keeps increasing. In the purpose of further improving the environmental quality of Nanjing, the main countermeasures are suggested as follows： adjusting the industrial structure, strengthening the upgrading of the enterprises that heavily pollute, promoting the recycling economy and clean production, enhancing the efficiency of sewage treatment, insisting on prior to the development of public transportation, and controlling the noise pollution caused by social activities.
