广州市交通运行特征分析及改善途径

Operative characteristic analysis and improvement ways to Guangzhou's transportation

长期以来,广州市城市交通需求和供给维持在一个低水平的平衡状态,时刻面临着严峻的考验。目前,广州市道路空间增长有限,个体机动交通膨胀,公共交通竞争力不强,"粗放式"外延加剧了城市交通的钟摆式走动,拥堵区域进一步扩大。在具体研究广州市交通运行特征的基础上,从城市发展战略和交通发展预测等方面分析了城市交通面临的机遇与挑战,提出了依托轨道交通系统,优化常规公交,形成有竞争力的公共交通体系;完善骨干交通系统,加强土地开发与交通建设协调,优化市域空间结构和布局;打通区域通道,完善地区路网,挖掘通行潜力;加强交通需求管理等对策建议。

For a long time, the need and supply of urban transportation in Guangzhou has maintained a low level balance, always facing a severe challenge. At present, the road space in Guangzhou grows limitedly, urban individual motorized transportation expands quickly, public transportation has weak competitive strength and its extensive development has intensified pendulum clock movement of transportation and has enlarged further congested districts. On the basis of specific studies on traffic operating characteristic of Guangzhou, this article analyzes the chances and challenges that urban transportation confronts from the aspects of urban development strategy and the anticipation of traffic development and so on. This article puts forward suggestions： to rely on track transportation system, to optimize conventional public transportation, to form the competitive public transportation system, to improve the main traffic system, to strengthen the coordination between land exploitation and transportation construction, to support the development of urban spatial structure and optimal allocation, to get through district transportation channels, to complete district road network, to dredge up road potential, and to improve the management of traffic demand.
