摘要
认为城市地面硬化会加重城市积水、热岛效应、城市缺水、水体污染、生物生存环境破坏及居民健康受损;阐述了西方发达国家城市建设中地面硬化的相关经验;提出了解决我国城市地面硬化问题的对策。
This article argues that ＂city hardening＂ will cause serious city water logging, bring about ＂ the hot island effect＂, aggravate water scarcity, destroy the environment of the livings and threaten the residents＇ health. Then it illustrates relative experiences from foreign countries in the urban construction. In the end it brings forward counter measures to cope with the problems brought by ＂city hardening＂ .
