楼宇经济空间布局的适宜性影响因子——以潍坊市奎文区为例 被引量:5

摘要 随着服务业经济的出现,楼宇经济作为一种新的经济形式,已成为城市新的经济增长点,对城市空间也产生了需求。楼宇经济空间正成为城市新的功能空间和增长单元。借助Arcgis软件中空间叠置分析等技术手段,选取与城市规划和空间拓展的符合度、交通设施的便捷度、可开发用地的潜力、与城市主要景观的距离、与城市主要发展区的距离以及地价六个因子对城市楼宇经济空间的布局进行了适宜性分析,并以山东潍坊奎文区为例进行了实证研究。 With the emergence of service economy, building economy as a new economic form has become the new urban economic growth point and also generated a demand for urban space. Building economic space has become the new urban function space and growth unit. With the help of spatial overlay analysis techniques in Arcgis software, this article selects six factors, that is, the compliance degree with urban planning andspatial development, the convenient degree of transport facilities, the potential of exploitable land, the distance with urban main landscape, the distance with urban main development areas and premium, gives suitability analysis to the urban building economic space layout and conducts a case study in Kuiwen District of Weifang City, Shandong Province.
