Public Opinion in the Context of Globalization:Public Opinion as A Fulcrum of Non-traditional Security and of Soft Power

舆论作为非传统安全与软力量的支点,集中表现为国际公众和世界民意的全球性影响。在和平与发展的时代主题下,舆论安全、舆论引导和舆论管理等概念不仅成为国际关系研究的重要范畴,也是主权国家处理国际事务和安全问题的重要课题。从国家安全和国际关系的宏观视野出发,舆论学的某些概念及其相互关系不仅获得了新的内涵,而且有可能得到更进一步的界定和分析。

As a fulcrum of non-traditional security and of soft power,the international public and world public opinion of global impact play an important role. In an era of peace and development,the concepts of opinion safety,opinion orientation and opinion management etc. not only become an important area of international relations,but also an important issue for sovereign countries to deal with international affairs and security issues. From the macro perspective of National security and of international relations,some concepts of public opinion and their relationship gained new meaning,and may be further defined and analyzed.
