节育器腹腔异位的HSG诊断

The HSG Diagnosis of The Ectopic Contraceptive Ring in Abdomen

目的：评价HSG对节育器异位的诊断价值。方法：对7例经手术证实节育器异位腹腔的HSG资料进行回顾性分析。结果：经手术和腹腔镜证实，HSG对诊断节育器异位的位置、方向及与宫腔之间的关系，对节育器异位于腹腔还是异位于子宫肌层有明显的诊断价值。但对诊断异位节育器与周围脏器之间的关系有一定的限度。结论：HSG对节育器异位腹腔的诊断具有重要意义。

Purpose: Study the evaluation of HSG diagnosis of the ectopic contraceptive ring in abdomen, Meterials and Methods: The retrospective analysis was studied on 7 cases of the ectopic contraceptive ring in abdomen that proved by operation and abdomenoscope. Results: The HSG had the obvious dipotic evaluation on the reation between the placement and orientation of the ectopic contraceptive ring and uterine cavity, And the ectopic contraceptive ring in abdomenal cavity or in uterine muscular layer. TheHSG had some limtation to confirm the relation between. the peripheral organ and the ectopic contraceptive ring. Conculsion: TheHSG had the important signifance of diagnosising the ectopic contraceptive ring in abdomen.
