Research on Leisure Tourism Satisfaction Degree of Phoenix Ancient Town

凤凰古城是一个休闲旅游目的地,是湖南省湘西州旅游业发展的龙头,其休闲旅游满意度值得关注。对休闲旅游满意度测评体系进行了设计,通过SPSS17.0软件对问卷调查进行统计分析,在此基础上,采取模糊综合评价法,得出凤凰古城旅游满意度的分数。最后,认为凤凰古城在基础设施方面急需完善,在娱乐、管理与服务、交通和住宿方面需持续完善,在餐饮、购物和景区形象方面需继续完善,在旅游景观方面需后续完善。

Phoenix Ancient Town is a leisure tourism destination,and is also the scenic tap of the tourism industry in Xiang Xi Autonomous Prefecture at Hunan Province.Its leisure tourism satisfaction degree deserves concerning.The article makes a design about leisure tourism satisfaction measurement system,and conducts statistical analysis on sampling questionnaire survey about it by SPSS17.0.On this basis,the article gets satisfaction scores about the ancient town tourism through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,it points out that the ancient town needs to improve urgently in basic facilities,improve persistently in the entertainment,management and services,transportation and accommodation,improve continually in the food,shopping and the scenic image of the areas, improve follow-up in tour landscape.
