摘要
以酒店基层员工为研究对象,将工作倦怠、组织承诺、工作绩效三变量引入酒店行业,通过建立结构方程模型,分析三者的相互作用机制,结果显示工作倦怠的不同维度对组织承诺、工作绩效的不同维度具有直接影响作用;同时,工作倦怠通过感情承诺、持续承诺的中介调节作用对任务绩效产生影响。
This article introduces three variables,the job burnout,organizational commitment and job performance into the hotel industry.Then it selects the hotel grass-foots staff as the research object,through the establishment of structural equation model to analyze the relationships between various dimensions of the three variables.The results show that job burnout affects organizational commitment and work performance directly.At the same time,job burnout through organizational commitment influences work performance.
