摘要 酒店实习生是酒店真实情境中的一个特殊学生群体,对其学习满意度的关注和研究意义重大。通过对长沙等高星级酒店实习生的访谈、调研,运用因子分析法得出影响实习生学习满意度的5个因子维度,相关和回归分析发现,实习辅导措施、实习工作品质和职业成长提高及个体特征中的实习时间、实习酒店档次对其学习满意度和毕业规划影响最为显著,由此获得校外实习课程管理的启示。 Hotel inters are a special group of students in hotel real-life situation.It is of great significance to pay attention to and study their satisfaction in learning.With the basic data from interview and market research to hotel inters of high-star hotels in Changsha city,this paper divides into five factors dimensions of affecting inters' satisfaction in learning with factor analysis,and finds some factors which have the most significant influence on their satisfaction in learning and graduation planning including practice guidance measures,quality Internship,professional growth to improve and individual characteristics of the practice time,hotel grade with correlation and regression analysis,then gets some enlightenment on internship program management.
