CD147、MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1、TIMP-2在不同级别的脑胶质瘤中的表达及其意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨CD147、MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1、TIMP-2在胶质瘤中的表达及其相关性,方法采用免疫组织化学法对78例石蜡包埋的胶质瘤组织和12例正常脑组织进行标记和分析。结果CD147、MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1、TIMP-2的阳性率分别为62%、66%、64%、75%、59%、59%,采用Spearm an进行相关性分析,他们与胶质瘤的恶性程度均呈正相关(rs=0.2671-0.5631,P〈0.05),CD147与MMP-1、MMP-2和MMP-9呈正相关(rs=0.3481-0.4951,P〈0.05)。结论CD147、MMPS、TIMPs可以作为临床判断胶质瘤预后的分子生物学标志。 Objective:To investigate the expressions of CD147,MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in human gliomas and to study their correlation.Methods: The expressions of CD147,MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were assessed in paraffin-embedded specimens collected from 78 cases of gliomas and 12 cases of benign brain tissue by immunohistochemistry.Results: Their expressons were 62%,66%,64%,75.%,59%,59%.Using Spearman analysis,a significant positive correlation between CD147,MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-1,TIMP-2 and gliomas expression was found(rs=0.2671~0.5631,P〈0.01).The correlation was significant between CD147 and MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9(rs=0.3481~0.4951,P〈0.01).Conclusion: The results suggest that concurrent expression of CD147 and MMPs may be an important characteristic of gliomas patients which may help in the prediction of gliomas progression.
