我院2009年3月～2010年2月基本药物应用情况调查分析

Survey and Analysis on the Utilization of Essential Drugs in Our Hospital from Mar. 2009 to Feb. 2010

目的:为基本药物在我院的应用提供参考。方法:根据《国家基本药物目录·基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分》(2009版),统计我院2009年3月1日～2010年2月28日药物销售数据,应用金额排序法及用药频度排序法,对其进行分析。结果:我院应用了149种基本药物(西药),占《国家基本药物目录·基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分》(2009版)西药总数量(205种)的72.68%;占医院西药总品种数的11.60%;其销售金额为1663.48万元,占医院西药总收入(17005.47万元)的9.78%;用药频度排在首位的为抗菌药物。结论:我院基本药物的应用品种数相对较多,但应用金额偏小。基本药物在今后的临床治疗中,还有扩大应用的空间。

OBJECTIVE：In order to provide reference for the utilization of essential drugs in our hospital.METHODS：Sales data of drugs included in the National Essential Drug List· Primary Medical and Health Institutions Part（2009 edition）were collected from our hospital between Mar.1st,2009 and Feb.28th,2010.The orders of total cost and DDDs were employed to analyze sales data.RESULTS：149 kinds of essential drugs（western drugs）were used in our hospital,accounting for 72.68% of the total number of western drugs included in the list（205 species）,11.60% of total species of western drugs.The amount of 149 kinds of essential drugs was 16 634 800 yuan,accounting for 9.78% of the cost of western drugs（170 054 700 yuan）.Antimicrobial agents took up the first place in the list of DDDs.CONCLUSION：Many types of essential drugs have been used in our hospital before the implementation of Essential Drug System while the amount of essential drugs is relative small.The utilization of essential drugs has developing space in future clinical treatment.
