子宫内膜异位症术后应用戈舍瑞林与孕三烯酮的疗效比较

Application of Goserelin and Gestrinone after Endometriosis Surgery

目的:比较子宫内膜异位症Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期腹腔镜手术治疗后应用戈舍瑞林与孕三烯酮的疗效。方法:回顾性分析36例重度子宫内膜异位症患者术后加用药物的治疗情况。将患者随机分为A、B组,各18例。A组术后1周内开始皮下注射戈舍瑞林第1针,以后每隔28d皮下注射1次,共3次。B组患者术后1周内开始口服孕三烯酮2.5mg,每周2次,疗程3个月。结果:A组治疗有效率为94.4%,B组为100.0%。术后1年之内2组患者除A组有1例有复发迹象外,其余患者的临床症状均明显改善或消失。2组患者均出现了轻度药品不良反应,但2组的不良反应类别有所区别。结论:戈舍瑞林与孕三烯酮在术后治疗子宫内膜异位症时各有优缺点,但戈舍瑞林患者用药方便,患者依从性好。

OBJECTIVE：To compare efficacy and adverse drug reaction of goserelin and gestrinone after laparoscopic surgery of ovarian endometrial cyst and Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages of endometriosis.METHODS：36 cases of severe endometriosis treated with additional drugs after laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively.36 patients were randomly divided into group A and group B with each group of 18 cases.Group A was injected with goserelin hypodermically after surgery every 28 days for 3 times.Group B was given oral dose of gestrinone 2.5 mg twice a week for 3 months.RESULTS：The effective rate of group A was 94.4%,group B was 100.0%.Clinical symptom disappeared or was improved obviously,but there was 1 relapse case.Mild ADRs were observed in 2 groups but the types of ADR were different between 2 groups.CONCLUSION：Goserelin and gestrinone have different advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of endometriosis.Goserelin is convenient to patients and sound compliance.
