摘要
市场经济初期,妇女在就业等方面正遭受着公开的性别歧视。它是传统"男尊女卑"文化和金钱本位价值取向揉合后,在社会转型过程中失去强制约束的必然结果。要实现对妇女的权利保护,必须从文化、制度等方面着手,构建立体化的妇女权利保护机制。
In the initial stage of market economy, women have suffered open sexual discrimination in employment and other businesses. This phenomenon comes from the traditional culture of "man are superior to woman" and money standard value orientation and it is the inevitable result in the process of social transformation which losing the restriction enforcement. To realize the protection to women's rights, we should do from the culture and system and construct a three-dimensional protection system to women's right.
