复方催醒液联合醒脑开窍针法对颅脑损伤昏迷患者的催醒作用

Effect of Compound Cuixing Liquid combined with Brain-resusciatating Acupuncture on Patients with Craniocerebral Injury and Coma

目的观察复方催醒液联合醒脑开窍针法对颅脑损伤昏迷患者的催醒作用。方法将122例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各61例,均予西医常规治疗,观察组加用复方催醒液鼻饲及醒脑开窍针法。结果治疗1周后,观察组清醒率与格拉斯哥预后评分(GCS)显著高于对照组。结论复方催醒液联合醒脑开窍针法对颅脑损伤昏迷患者具有较好的催醒作用,有利于改善颅脑损伤患者的预后。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound Cuixing Liquid combined with brain-re-susciatation acupuncture on the patients with craniocerebral injury and coma.Methods： 122 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with routine therapy in each group.The observation group was added to the Compound Cuixing Liquid combined with brain-resusciatation acupuncture after 48 hours.Results： After 1 week treatment,the rate of awakening and the GCS score of the observation group were higher remarkably than those of the control group.Conclusion： The spirit of the patients with craniocerebral injury could be awaked by the Compound Cuixing Liquid combined with brain-resusciatation acupuncture.The prognosis of the patient could be improved by this therapy.
