新建千万吨级钢铁基地科学利用能源设想

摘要 就新建千万吨钢铁基地科学利用能源提出基本设想,并提出加强能源技术设计研究和强化能源科学管理研究工作,对于钢铁主体工艺技术节能、能源介质系统节能、总图物流优化节能、资源综合利用节能等方面的工作具有指导意义,减少碳排放、提高能源利用及转化效率可显著提升新建钢铁基地的综合竞争力。 The basic conception concerning scientific use of the energy source in the construction of the new iron steel base of 10 million ton scale is put forward and in the meanwhile strengthening the energy source technology design and research as well as the scientific management and research work of the energy source are proposed.The above-mentioned conception and proposals are of great significance in guiding the energy savings in the aspects of the processes and technologies of the iron steel proper,the energy source and media system,the general plan logistics optimization and comprehensive utilization of resources.By reduction of carbon emissions and improvement in the efficiencies of energy source utilization and conversion the comprehensive competitiveness of the newly built iron steel base can be prominently raised.
