某50 kg真空感应炉冶炼过程中频繁发生炉料架桥的问题,经深入分析炉料架桥形成的原因并结合冶炼的实际情况,采取一系列行之有效的措施,已取得明显成效,显著减少炉料架桥事故,确保冶炼顺行,降低成本,保证冶炼任务按计划完成。
Bridging of charging materials occurred frequently in the 50 kg vacuum induction furnace in a specific works.The bridging mechanism and practical situation of the furnace is analyzed.A serial of measures are taken based on the analysis and the bridging frequency has been decreased substantially,and thus smooth smelting is ensured,production cost lowered and fulfillment of the production task on plan ensured.
