The present article elaborates the importance of flushing hydraulic system,the principle of flushing and selection of the flushing patterns as well as application of the theory of hydraulic pipeline flushing into the project of relocation and reconstruction of the Hydraulic Experiment Testing Station of WISCO.In the project the hydraulic loop and flushing procedure are designed and a few points which need to be considered in the construction put forward by calculating the flushing pressure and flow.
