QFD目前在国外很多企业已有效地应用于新产品开发,并取得了显著成效。缩短开发周期,减少设计更改,降低开发成本,这就使企业开发的新产品处于比竞争对手更优势的地位。简单介绍了QFD的基本概念、分析方法、主要步骤及方案评估,然后,结合切割机工作台的开发设计,论述了QFD技术在切割机产品开发过程中的应用。

Now QFD has been effectively used in the new product development in many overseas enterprises,and achieved the notable effects.Development cycle shortening,design modification reduction and cost reduction,which makes the new product developed by the enterprise at the more advantageous status than the competitors.This paper first briefly introduces the basic conception of QFD,analytical method,key steps and scheme evaluation,then according to the development and design of dicing saw worktable,depicts the application of QFD in the course of dicing saw development.
