自动切割机图像自动对焦

摘要 以全自动切割机为研究对象,针对图像自动对焦模块,通过在时域和频域对图像的分析和解释,不仅阐述了图像的视觉特性,而且证明了视觉梯度误差的存在性。通过分析与研究目前正在探索和发展的4种图像清晰度算法的特点,运用Visual C++6.0的代码,计算出了算法的时间和空间复杂度,并给出算法优劣的比较。最后经过测量分析全自动切割机的实际数据,得出了较为合适的清晰度算法。 In this paper,based on the automatic dicing saw,focusing on the model of image auto align-ment,image visual characters are described through the analysis and interpretation of images in the fields of time and frequency.Also,it proves the existence of visual grads error in detail.Then researching the characters of four current developing image definition algorithms,the algorithms’timely and spacious complication is calculated and the advantages are compared by the Visual C++6.0 codes.This paper shows the appropriate definition algorithms of automatic dicing saw,through measuring and testing these actual data.
