摘要 对内蒙古褐煤进行了活性焦制备工艺研究,探索了炭化、活化时间及温度等参数对活性焦吸附性能的影响,并以某厂焦化废水为对象进行了吸附试验,结果表明:炭化温度为600℃,活化温度为800℃,活化时间为1.5h,制得的活性焦对焦化废水的吸附性能较好。 A process study was conducted on the preparation of reactive coke made from the Inner Mongolian lignite. The impact of such parameters as carbonization and activation time, as well as carbonization and activation temperature, etc. on the adsorption of the reactive coke was explored. An adsorption test was made on the coking effluent from a certain coking plant and the result shows that the best adsorption on the coking effluent can be expected by the reactive coke made with the carbonization temperature of 600℃ and carbonization time of 30min, activation temperature of 800℃ and activation time of 1.5h.
